I like that you can have different colour calendars, and that it sits right in my mac’s doc where i can see it. The only thing is that only 1 event can sit in the doc at a time, so althrough you are counting down to 5 or however many events at once when the full app is open, only 1 can show in the dock at a time.

Do not do it! It is a full screen App with NO window controls, no X minimize or max. If you create an event and try to slide in off the window it dissapears never to be seen other than when you restart the app, again. Without being to resize the window it is useless

It’s very useful utility and easy to use. I like the full screen feature too! Generally, It’s the best countdown app!

Crash the first time I open it.

It takes up your entire screen. Have to keep it running to show-up in dock. Virtually no customization capability and doesn’t work on my iPhone. Buyer beware. My bad.

The App itself is nice, but I wish that it didn’t take up the whole screen.

As other say, awful app. Must be running full screen instead of just a small window, can only specify a date, not a date/time.

This app was just what I was looking for, with one tiny exception. Contrary to other reviewers this app does NOT require being run full screen, in the preferences section you can customize the background, but you can also choose “desktop” which allows you to see your desktop and your countdowns. It also works well on multiple monitors. The only funtion I would like to see is a “repeating” feature for yearly events such and birthdays or anniversaries, for monthly events (occuring on X day of the month, or every X number of days) such as subscriptions, or for weekly events such as meetings. This feature would make it a five star app in my opinion. Some extra color choices and maybe a sizeing option (sm, med, lg) for the individual reminders couldn’t hurt. All in all it is a clean uncomplicated app. I look forward to future updates.

Would have given it a resounding 5 if not a 6 - IF — it only had a way to create tabs to store topic specific events in [i.e vacations, medical, golf outings] I was told by the developer that they are …. considering addding ….. this feature when they get around to it. Can’t wait…..

As a college student, in all my semesters of being here, I have come to realize the importance of deadlines. At the start of the semester I put the dates of important papers and exams and color code them according to the class and it works out pleasantly! I really like how there is the option to add in descriptions and how you can keep the countdowns on your desktop while also having your desktop picture. Overall, this app has definitely helped me in my academic life and also with my work ethic by completing tasks on time. Also, I am using a MacBook Air 13” Model A1466

Works exactly as promised, and has nice features. You can have your countdowns running as just little tear off calendar-like items on your desktop, including one in your dock so that it’s always visible. I tell you what I’d like is to be able have a more precise countdown to not just a day in the future, but a time that day, and a clock running as well. Sadly right now I look at my countdown and it doesn’t change through the day. I’m not patient and would like to see actual progress to my event through a single day! Yes, I want to watch the minutes pass (don’t judge me)… Maybe you could add more moving circles around the days remaining counter that show hours, minutes, and seconds. Thanks for a great product.
